Saturday's Hike
Taking a break by the lake. We stopped at the lake and had a snack break. The kids fed the chipmunks Cheez-Its and Swedish Fish.

These chipmunks aren't shy! Ian had them eating out of the palm of his hand! Not really, but pretty close.

Hilton Head 2008
Sunrise on Hilton Head Island, 2008 vacation spot! Fun place to be, we will go back. Water's nice and warm, plenty of things to do, we didn't want to come home.

Ian found a boogie board. So, we used it for the week and then gave it away to another family as we left. You can see Ian enjoyed riding the waves.

Ashten paddling her kayak out of the harbor! She's ready to guide. Maybe she could find some wildlife! Good thing we didn't talk about the alligator before we went on this adventure or I don't think Ashten would have gone!

Ian and I on the kayaking tour. It was supposed to be a wildlife sightseeing tour but since we didn't see any wildlife we called it our morning exercise class.

All of us at the Brave's/Cardinals game at Turner Field. The "Tomahawk Chop" was a big hit, especially when the Chick-Fil-A cow did it. The Brave's won 9-4 after losing 5 games in a row. Ian says we were the good-luck charm!

Ian and I riding the jetski! We almost sank trying to go through the the Island Ferry's wake! Ian kept saying "We're sinking, we're sinking!"

We tried to build one last sand castle before leaving town. We ran out of time, it was going to be HUGE!!!
